We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve Practical Inkwell Story Studio; process payments and manage your subscription; send you service-related communications; and respond to your comments and questions.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or full payment details on our servers. Your payment information is handled in accordance with Stripe's Privacy Policy at stripe.com/privacy.
The books, scrapbooks, and creative work you produce using Practical Inkwell are yours. We do not claim ownership of your content. Books you choose to publish to the Community Showcase are visible to other users; drafts are private to your account.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating the platform (such as cloud hosting and payment processors) under confidentiality agreements.
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your login session and remember your preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at the address below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Practical Inkwell is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
